Birth Doula Support Package

Physical, mental, emotional, logistical, & informational support throughout pregnancy into birth
On call starting at 37 weeks
Text & email check ins
2 pre-natal visits (~2 hours each). Visits are adaptable to your needs and are centered around cultivating confidence so that you can feel prepared and cared for during birth and postpartum. This could look like childbirth education, putting together a birth & postpartum plan, practicing labor positions, figuring out roles for a partner or other support person, and exploring relaxation and pain management techniques.
Continuous birth support beginning from requested arrival and up to 2 hours after baby is born
Labor notes and photos
One postpartum visit (~2 hours). This often includes debriefing your birth experience, navigating your recovery, and discussing infant care.

Pricing: $1,300

Postpartum Support

Infant care: taking care of feeding, diaper changes, sleeping, etc.
Physical, mental, emotional, logistical, & informational support
Space to debrief your birth journey
Support you in feeling as comfortable and safe in your body and environment as possible. That can look like: light massage; yoga & meditation; light housekeeping & holistic food prep; supporting ritual, ceremony, or intention setting; providing community resources and referrals.

Pricing: $25/hour day shift, $35/hour night shift. Minimum 4 hours.

Miscarriage and Abortion Support

Physical, mental, emotional, logistical, & informational support
Support you in feeling as comfortable and safe in your body and environment as possible. That can look like: organizing logistics; attending procedure with you; being a listening ear; offering grounding exercises or distractions; supporting ritual or ceremony; finding community resources.
